Thank you so much! I appreciate this video. I will try some, if not all your suggested try exercises. Am not sure though if what i have is a left frozen shoulder (though that is what my doctor said yesterday). I said am not sure if frozen shoulder is what i have, becoz all the movements and restricted ROM of a person with frozen shoulders, i can do all of them just fine. It's really my left forearm movements that causes me pain. So if like to research some more. But in the meantime, since that was my doctor's diagnosis yesterday, i will continue to look my condition as left frozen shoulder. Thank you very much!

I would just make an extender myself out of string or a strap if the strap that comes with it isn't big enough. Should be easy enough to do.

At 16", that is too short to fit the knee or shoulder of all but a very small person.
For most knees and shoulders it's fine but some of my clients find that a simple shoelace is enough to make it larger if needed. What body parts are causing you pain?

Excellent video. I’m 58 and in agony. I do approximately 20,000 steps a day due to my job. I’m really feeling my age. The doctor gave me Naproxen, did nothing. I’m going to do the exercises. Thank you for this video.

I asked Kineon for independent reviews, but no response. $500 and no charger.
Are you looking for review about red light therapy or the device itself? There are quite a lot of research journals on PubMed supporting the use of red light therapy at the wavelengths that the Move+ emits. You're right that there is no plug for the charging cable, but many companies are no longer proving these moving forward. All you need is a USB port on your computer or any USB plug that you already have around the house. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

Hello, I have been dealing with this sciatica for about a month, but have had horrific pain the last few days. I am not sure whether the pain comes from my lower back or buttocks but both are in pain. I found that when I get on my knees and put my chest toward the floor, the pain nearly vanishes. Can you tell me your thoughts on my situation please?
I I can usually stretch very well even though I've had extensive major back surgeries I'm talking from S1 all the way to T12 I've had correction surgeries in any event something happened in my left hip in the front and growing area I cannot lay flat and put my knees down I can't put my I can't stretch my hip out at all In any in any fashion it's very very painful what's going on I have had sciatica issues in the back. Surgeons have discussed piriformas release but also said it would be way too difficult to recover from a I'm not ambulatory like others. For now I'm concerned about the hip pain that is moving from groin on to deeper outward
I am a ballet dancer and horse person that rides horses regularly. I went on an advanced ride weekend before last with running, trotting, jumping over logs, etc. I am in such agony this past week, all on left side of low back and buttock. I consider myself very fit, but this is kicking my butt( no pun intended😂) I’m having to go to the doctor tomorrow…wish me luck!!!

You go on too long about the horrors of the problem when you promised in your title a simple solution. See that's bad bedside manner. You are giving people reason to worry more than they did before they clicked. A common doctor problem i find.

If I lie on my back and raise my right leg, keeping it straight, there's quite a sharp pain in front. When I walk, it comes and goes, although the longer I walk the more likely I am to start limping because of it. The worst kind of walking is the slow shuffling kind of thing that you do when browsing in a shop or a bookstore: a few steps then stop and look, etc. That kind of thing has me hurting pretty quickly. I assume this is hip osteoarthritis, but I have started doing some exercises, having read that weakness in the glutes and other muscles in the back of the leg can also cause this kind of pain. These exercises, which I've been doing for a few weeks now, do seem to help. When walking, even pausing to do a deep squat for about ten seconds, helps to "reset" things somehow.

I went to a chiropractor and he did pressure points and was way too painful and I told him multiple times, I was holding my suffering inside because he still wouldn’t ease on the pressure. I woke up worse today.
If you feel soreness on those part but not pain? whats the best thing to do there? just rest and play again?
